There isn’t much about the art of photography that I don’t love! We all have a tale to tell and I’m obsessed with learning about and reflecting my client’s personal stories through my work while capturing their true authentic self. There is no greater feeling than watching people’s lives evolve over the years from behind my camera and being there to freeze time for them along the way. So yes, I basically I want to stalk your life 🙂
My passion for photography started way back in high school but I’ve really had the opportunity to grow in my craft over the last 14 years. As the former owner and lead makeup artist of Bella B On Location Bridal Makeup Artistry, I’ve had the opportunity to work with some of the biggest and best photographers in Atlanta. They were not only inspiring but extremely informative and encouraging for which I’m eternally grateful! This also gave me a unique approach to my sessions allowing me to help create magazine worthy images with a genuine, fun-flare.
I believe in squeezing the most out of this life and cherishing the moments with those that mean the most. I currently live in Alpharetta with my amazing and extremely supportive husband and our happy go lucky children Gabriella & Grayson. You will see their silly mugs all over the blog as I love to document their daily shenanigans as much as possible!
I’ve always been known as “the girl with the camera.” The art of photography has amazed me for as long as I can remember! I love seeing people laugh and smile when they look at pictures. Capturing someone’s raw emotion excites me. It inspires and encourages me to do it for as many people that will let me. For the longest time I wanted to actually learn my camera, what were all those buttons? Lindsey, bless her, she was a good teacher. She saw potential in me and I never in a million years thought I would be sitting here today with a business we have grown together.
Being a Mom is the most rewarding part of this little thing called life. Looking back, what was once a small moment or snippet of life, are now such great memories that I will cherish forever. Lyla and Hagen are used to having a camera in their faces and even though that may drive them nuts sometimes – I know I will never regret taking so many pictures of my children and capturing their personalities and growth. While my little ones might be happy that I have clients who keep me busy behind the camera, they will never be off the hook….insert evil mom laugh here.
